I’ve found the RubyNuby page on the Ruby Garden Wiki to be a good starting point.
As far as a nice cozy tangible book to read, I would suggest the following: #Programming Ruby# #Agile Web Development with Rails #Ruby for Rails #Ruby Cookbook #Ruby Way
